Sharon is interim CFO at Belharra and a seasoned financial executive with more than three decades specializing in the life sciences industry. Known for leadership in fundraising strategies, business growth and financial compliance, Ms. Tetlow has long served as a trusted partner for CEOs to help optimize their strategic outcomes. Working side-by-side with CEOs and their Boards of Directors, Sharon has a proven track record of driving value, scaling for growth, and assuring successful operations.
Ms. Tetlow is a “qualified financial expert” under SEC rules and NASDAQ regulations and has overseen financial filings and controls both as a BOD member and as a CFO. She currently chairs the audit committees for three NASDAQ listed biotech companies, DICE, VALN and CBIO, as well as one private biotech company, Shou Ti, Inc.
