Belharra was incorporated in March 2021 and hired Jeff Jonker as chief executive officer and Gary O’Neill as chief scientific officer. While operating in stealth mode, the company was incubated at Inception Therapeutics, an established leader in new company creation, founded with Versant Ventures to build and launch transformative new biotech companies.
